Use i7 2600k as Physx

Is it possible to use the i7 video processor as dedicated physx on a p67 motherboard?

Not if you have a discreet graphics card installed.

Ehh nope.

NVIDIA's PhysX can only be accelerated by either a PhysX PPU (Physics Processing Unit) or a CUDA-enabled GeForce GPU (with at least 32 CUDA cores).

i5 2500k or the i7 2600k
Right now I have a 1055t amd x6, I'm actually selling my computer and going to do a new build and I wanted to try intel... I do a bit of video editing here and there, but my 1055t was just fine for that, is the extra 100 dollars worth for the 2600k if i mainly do gaming and a bit of video editing?...

I’m posting this here instead of the sticky ‘Post Your Overclock’ cause I did not run Prime due to the temperatures I was reaching. So I feel this is not a legit OC. But I did run a stable 30min stress test in AIDA64. Being unfamiliar with Intel, reaching 91+ Celsius scared me enough to back out....

i7 2600k overheating.
I've been getting cpu heating warnings reaching around 70-80c when playing games on my computer. I've been thinking about getting a different CPU fan instead of holding onto the original one. I don't want to go down the water cooling route, can anyone suggest the BEST possible fan to keep my CPU...
