    dvi to hdmi problems

Hi, My computer is not detecting my plasma with dvi to hdmi cord. I have tried everything I could think of. Graphics are ati radeon 3000. plasma is TC-P42C1. I have tried many resolutions, rebooting w/o monitor connected, force detect ect.. I'm not sure if Im doing something wrong or if its even possible.

Any ideas? Should I try a vga to component maybe?

What series of the HD Readon 3000 card are you using? Just guessing here, but I think you need an HDMI to HDMI cable for that type of connection to work properly. You could also try downloading the lates driver for your ATI card as well.

    VGA and DVI-D connections only,

    https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&q...uLVOJl9O_fK8qQ

and it is the integrated HD 3000.

dirte1 from looking at the manual for that TV (direct download from Panasonic),

    https://panasonic.ca/PDP/OperatingIn...-oi-eng-fr.pdf

there is no mention anywhere about connecting to a computer other than this little sentence on page 47,

which says to me that it wasn't designed to be connected to one, and that it is hit and miss as to whether it will work when connected to a TV.
