That Zotac card is nothing more basically than this,

    Every PC needs good graphics.

They both use the same GT218 core, and will be faster than the Intel onboard, but there are better options for what it costs.

With Dell recommending the 4650 (at incredibly insane prices no less), the 5570 is a possibility. Slightly faster than the 4650 and requires a bit less power as well,

And here is a review of the 5570 that conveniently has both the G210 and the 5570 in it,

Newegg has the Sapphire 5570 for $65.00,

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100293DP Radeon HD 5570 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Low Profile Ready Video Card w/ Eyefinity

Only $5.00 more, for a lot more performance.

Yes it will. The card itself is low profile and it comes with both the regular length bracket and the low profile brackets,

Just a matter of which way it comes in the box. Probably comes with th regular bracket attached, but it is juts a matter of removing it and attaching the others.

The Radeon HD 5570 shown in the last post will fit as it is half-height. All you would have to do is attach the low profile brackets and you would be just fine.
