HELP WITH HDMI

I have recently purchased a DELL N5010 which has a "Integrated Intel® HD" - GFX card" and have connected it to my bravia LCD tv which works perfectly fine..

The problem is that i need to know what is the short cut key to disable the laptop screen from displaying while watching a movie on the bravia.. it gets to annoying when having both displayed ..
