Windows 7: Emergency- My screen has turned 90 degrees

Windows 7 Home Premium 32 Japanese Vsersion

I tried but msinfo32.exe will not give me my display details or else there isn't a graphics card (beats me how it performs so well so far). It will give me Audio details- Realtek High Definition Audio. I tried DMA and it locked up. I have general details. Do you want the NFO file generated although that's having difficulty being generated? 2.13 GHz Intel i3 core.

It took ages to load up- Its an Intel (R) Media Accelerator HD. I tried Intel's driver check but it just said

Product Detected Intel® HD Graphics Current Driver Installed A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer.

Which leads to Fujitsu's Japanese Japanese website as they don't support finding Japanese computer drivers from their international site.

FWIW: lots of times a ctrl+alt+arrow keys will turn your screen right left upside down.

But not in all case.

I would start simple. If you have install some make my desktop pretty program I would remove it. If you can go back to a restore point when it was working proper. Then I would run sfc /scannow. (notice the space between the c and /)

Its only what came with the OEM (a few small additions but nothing to the desktop) - granted that's probably a lot of junkware with more than 1/2 of applications no idea what they do. Anyway can't remove anything- wife's computer. She shows the danger of a little knowledge.
