HELP!!! PLZ

Im using hp pavilion dv3000 win 7 ultimate 32 bit and i was playing forsaken world ther crash then i restart it and i got 1/5 of my screen and i see in device manager and my nvidia 8400m gs said that '' window has stopped is device because it has reported problems(code43).Anyone know please help me

OP states it is a code 43 error not 45.
