creating bat file for restart display adapter

I have to boot twice for my display adapter to start.
Im making a bat file in startup folder who does this operation for me, but i cant get further than starting device manager.
Could anyone help me write the rest of the code?

Here is my .bat file so far:
    set DEVMGR_SHOW_DETAILS=1
    start devmgmt.msc

You really need to look at why it doesn't start, load the driver correctly, on the first boot up.

Maybe it's time for a new video card. Or just update the drivers for it.

It should work the first time every time.

What is the make and model of your graphics card and do you have the 32 or 64 bit version of Windows 7?

It is a Nvidia Quadro FX1700.
Error:Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
    Driver version: 8.17.12.6779

The card is great. I use 3 monitors. 2 from the card and 1 from motherboard.

This card had the same problem when it was attached to a Lenovo workstation at my office, so i think the problem lays in the card itself.

So thats why i need to create a batch file that disables and restarts the card when booting.
