Windows 7: I have 300 Watt... AMD recommends 400 Watt?

It seems odd that Dell would build a PC that has a graphics card with a 400 watt requirement, and use a 300 watt PSU. Did your graphics card come with your Dell PC, or did you upgrade it?

The thermaltake I had was underpowered and undercooled. When I put it under stress it got hot and the fan didn't kick in. I would avoid them.

Oh and I almost forgot. The box says 400 Watt or more is RECOMMENDED. So it means I should be fine, because it is not required.
