Windows 7: colorless games???

windows 7 ultimate was Vista home premium
 
 
colorless games???

Just did a reinstall on AMD 64 Acer Win 7 nvidia 7000m and when i try to play a game it is in color until I try to make it fullscreen. Then it goes to Black and white/??
any ideas???
