I have Geforce GT 320 and I need a better videocard that's good for very graphic gaming. I'm not sure where I could find a suitable one. My PSU amperage on +12V is 14A max and the PSU's total output mustn't exceed 220W.
Can you recommend any videocards or other advice?
If you want a noticeable improvement you are going to need a better power supply. It kind of sounds to me like you know that since you bothered to post the spec's for it. I'm surprised even the 320 is running on that low a wattage.

It won't cost you a lot, most modern graphic cards require at least 400W

There are a lot of wires, but everything is setup so it will only plug in one way, just pay attention as you're removing the old one. Other than that it's typical just 4 phillips head screws on most cases. Or possibly even quick knobs on some of the gamer types.

then neither those cards nor a standard ATX power supply will fit in it.
Don't let the 3 in the model number fool you, the GT 320 is nothing more than the OEM version of the GT 220. The reason that card is OK on a PSU that low is it barely uses any power to begin with,

ah, yeah I'm more up to speed on ATI than nvidia right now.
Just checked the numbers and it's not even really a 220...., strange how that is, then again a 6850 ati is actually a worse card than a 5850...
5850 is stronger and a lot better overclocker than 6850, but 5850 does use more power and is weaker at tessellation and DX11. But hardly any games use DX11 and tesellation well. 6850 is weaker than 5850 because Ati changed in name scheming. 6950 is the successor to 5850, while 6850 is the successor to 5750. 5800 series cards might be hard to find and expensive because they are in very high demand right now because of some craze called bitcoin mining, which 5800 series cards excel at.
If you want max out graphics especially at 1080p, you'll need to spend a fair bit get a 6950 or gtx 560 ~$220. But if you jsut want to be able to run them decently a 6850 or gtx 460 1 gb ~$150. GTX 460 768mb version is a fair bit cheaper and I've seen for around $100ish after rebate. It's not that much worse than the 1gb but might have some trouble at some games at 1080p. Both better than the GTX 550. Learn to overclock your cards and you'll get a fair boost. You'll have to upgrade that psu for sure and get a good power supply brand, corsair, antec, seasonic and get what wattage you need according to the card requirements, they are usually higher than needed but good to be safe. So around 500-600 watts. Otherwise settle for lesser graphics and find some used last generation cards for cheap (HD 4850, gtx 260).
