First things first, please blow out the laptop and if needed please use a vacuum on the exhaust as this will draw embedded dust out. Of course with the battery removed and power cord removed. Then check your temps and get back to us.
i already did that it still peak at that temperature... i think my fan is still working ok all the dust are gone..! thanks
Well I understand the laptops get a lot hotter but these temps would worry me as well. Have you contacted Lenovo to ask if those temps are normal and if there is a way to speed up the internal fans?
Try downloading this .....may help?

Where are the air intakes and exhaust on this laptop, have you tried a stand or cooler with fan?
ahaha ill do that..! im planing to bring it to service center...
ill open the laptop and remove the cooling system and i found out that the thermal paste is to many and its around the gpu also the cpu is coated with the paste.. i clean it up and replace with a new paste... but i think the damage is already done..... what can you advice for me...?
Well when you cleaned everything up and replaced it all did it start up and boot? The fan is blowing? Did you pay special attention to clean the fan blades? Good news is you have learned how to get in and deep clean the laptop but If the heat issue continues then I think your only option will be to help with that air flow with a laptop cooler but even that won't force the air past the hot CPU and GPU. I guess the next step is, if it still boots is to make sure you have a full data back up plan because it sounds like a new laptop or desktop could be in your future. Report back when you can !
weew got it bro..! the cooling system is connected with 3 chips like cpu the the nxt one i dont know whats the name the the gpu... the second one has a soft like chewing cum substance it like thermal thing and i think thats the reason why my the gpu is heating that much cause the heatsink cant make a good contact the gpu.. so i remove it apply tuniq termal paste.. then here it goes.. yahhoooo i am a hell of a technician..... hahahaha any way thanks a lot..!
zer0degree77,
That's fantastic man, you even surprised me as I've never been that deep in a laptop before. Great work and how satisfying knowing that you did all this yourself! Now clean everything up and pay attention and clean that fan with a damp q-tip or ten. You may have a good little side business going here !
