Video glitch

    Hey seven forum ,
    I have recently installed a game called karma online, it was fun and all but when I quit playing the game it made my screen resolution smaller (I run 1920x1080 as normal) but when I checked on my screen resolution it says it is 1920x1080. The screen usually fits around the edges of my monitor but now it shrinked and now I have black edges around the screen of where I can see! . I have installed ati drivers, restarted my pc. Nothing fixes it!

    I made this in photoshop, which is what it looks like as an example.

    In CCC go to My Digital Flat Panels >Scaling Options to adjust the Overscan/Underscan settings.

I first noticed this using Firefox (3.5b5pre but also in 3.0.10). When menus open up, the background is momentarily black then returns to normal. This can be very quick so you might miss it. Seems longer lists are better to observe this. Also dropdown menus at webites often exhibit this too....
