This is the driver you need for it,

AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver HP Pavilion dv6-3060sa Entertainment Notebook PC - HP technical support (United Kingdom - English)

and it already has the Intel integrated into it,

Provides Intel Graphics Driver version 8.15.10.2189 (in addition to the AMD Graphics Driver) to support the Intel GPU in notebooks with switchable graphics.
Before installing it go through Programs and Features and uninstall any AMD or Intel graphics entries, then run it and see if it will install.

I have the same, a HP DV6 laptop with a i5 cpu and ATI 5470, I don't think the ATI 5470 has Hardware T&L as doing some research into it I cannot find anywhere that it has it and I find can you run it scans to be very accurate anyway, especially as I talk to some ppl who work there. The graphics on the i5 cpu does support T&L as it says so on intels website however this graphics isn't very good at gaming.

FC360, welcome to the Secen Forums.

IOf course the HD 5470 has T & L, it just isn't called that any more and hasn't been for a long time. All cards now have unified shaders which replaced the separate pixel and vertex shaders, which in turn replaced T & L.

You have to go back to the old Geforce 2 and 4 MX series of cards to find a card that listed T & L instead of pixel and vertex shader versions. Intel is likely still listing in their specs just to look different, as everyone knows that Intel graphics still aren't good for much.

The HD 5470 being a DirectX 11 GPU uses shader model 5,

    ATI Mobility Radeon
