    Dual Monitors?

I have dual monitors installed on a computer at work. I have been trying to get the monitors to work together. The right monitor is working like a dream and the other one just sits there with no picture. The computer will find the monitor thats not working but the computer cannot identify it. All that I have been trying to do is extend the screen to both monitors for use. I have tried switching cables, switching video cards and nothing really seems to work. My next guess was to go into the registry, but figured i would see if I could get a reply faster here. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

Would help to know the make and model of the monitors, how they are each connected, and to what video card they are connected to.

Both monitors are I-Inc monitors and they are both connected using a dvi cable. The video cards are ATI Radeon HD 5800 Series.

The connections to both monitors must usually be made via the GPU card connectors and not the mobo and one of the GPU connectors please double check to see how you have connected yours.

Note the dual dvi on the card and one on the mobo as shown.
Double check in the bios if the GPU card is the default device and then connect both to the GPU outs then double check the powercord and on buttons and report back.
