    Intel® Core™ i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz
    Foxconn P67A/P67A-S
    4GB (2x 2GB, Dual Channel)
    GTS 450 2GB GDDR5
    WD 1TB HDD
    CODEGEN M614-A11
    Windows 7 x32

I played GTA 4 and everything was on very high except Shadows, they were on High. When I checked the GPU temp it was 82C, GPU load 92% and Fan Speed 59%. When I turned off the game it went back to normal. Room temp is 24C. Also I have another question, can I add different card, GTX 460 or GTX 470 on this GTS 450, ya know SLI? Or I must buy the same, GTS 450 Card

from what i understand about sli you can use one as a dedicated phys-X card and the other one Main graphics

meaning your gts 450 dedicated phys-X and the higher one being the main card or dedicated graphics but im sure others can touch on this better then I

The big difference in idle temps is usually due to running one or two monitors.

With one monitor the GPU can go into underclock/idle mode and cool off. With two monitors it does not.

Idle temps of 50-60 are normal for dual monitor setup for most of the current crop of nvidia cards .

That is hotter than I would ever let any component in my box run. Keep the inside of your case cooler, keep everything cooler and more stable.
More fans, maybe a cheap liquid cooler for the cpu which can keep cpu heat out of the case entirely.

that is really low fan speed for that load & temps .. it should be more near 100% fan speed

I agree that fan speed is too low for that temp. Sounds like the fan is on it's way out. You could buy an after market cooler for it.

I don't usually use my custom fan setting .. but this is what I'd use:

    - start at 30% .. then 50/50 .. then 100% @ 70*C

Mine is 50C when under full load with a single monitor, and my fan speed is between 32 and ~40. 30C idle.
