Open the case and you will see a chart on the psu, so, read the biggest number (sometimes called peak output)

What does it show for the 12V?

Yes ur right, if you go for the 6770, get the MSI Radeon R6670-MD1GD5 1GB GDDR5 or the Sapphire Radeon HD6670 1GB GDDR5 ATI Eyefinity that is the exact name lol.
Hm, difference is the sapphire can do 2560x1600 and eyefinity, the msi can do 1920x1200.
You realize the 6770 is faster than the 6670. Also the MSI just inflated the resolution to make theirs sound better, a 6670 is a 6670 regardless of who actually made it.

But if he wants his 2048 x 1152 desktop he can't go with the MSI

Doesn't mean anything if the monitor doesn't support that resolution. And if the monitor did support a resolution that high, neither the 6670 nor the 6770 are fast enough to run much more than Solitaire at that resolution.

And unless that 385 W power supply is of extremely good quality, no it isn't enough for any of those cards.

@stormy But if he has 2048 x 1152 desktop, he still has the ability to play games in whatever resolution.
@NRT Stormy means that your 385W power supply is not enough. (Lower quality power supplys can put out less Watts that they are said to. A more HQ one can do what is said, and with something high-end you are guaranteed that it will perform a little better than it is said.)
