I doubt that it could run that game all on low at playable frame rates. It is passable for older games and general purpose use, but if you want your games to be playable you're going to have to add in video card.

Pretty much the same thing. The HD 4200 is just a slightly updated version of the HD 3200; DirectX 10.1 instead of DirectX 10, and slightly faster overall. Still going to end up about the same though with a game like ARMA 2, basically unplayable. To give an idea as to what to look for,

Armed Assault 2: Graphics card benchmarks and visual quality compared [Top article of June 2009] - Armed Assault 2, ArmA2, Benchmarks, graphics, comparisons - PC Games Hardware

The HD 4200/3000 would probably be about half of the bottom card (HD3870), and that graph is at normal settings. High or very high would be nothing more than a slideshow.

You want to play a game like that you're looking at an extra $150.00 to $200.00 for a video card, and with either of those computers you're also looking at a new power supply as what comes in most appliance computers just isn't up to running a decent video card as well as the rest of the computer.
