Hmm nothing corresponds to 59, and since it does it regardless of whether you're using the tweak or not it really doesn't matter.

    Honestly, I am stuck....

Yeah, me too! Hopefully some more people will come around with this problem and maybe we can figure out what the common theme seems to be. Thanks for trying to help.

After all this is a Beta OS it will probably end up being fixed in the end.. honestly I can't even tell a difference between 59Hz and 60Hz, but it just bugs me, Win 7 is looking great so far this is the biggest issue I've ran into.. all my games work great, better than they did in Vista. :)

sadly i have the same problem.

I'll try to do those fixes that John suggested though and then I'll report back.

I'm even considering reinstall windows 7.

I've asked in other forum people with the same hardware as me (vga and monitor) if they had the problem and they said no... with the WHQL drivers.

I have the same problem on both 32bit and 64bit but I think I can live with it, I mean it's 1Hz, hardly a major issue IMO.

I'm having the exact same thing (different video card, though). I don't really care about the 1Hz, but it is quite odd...

Seems like a HD issue as NTSC isn't actually 60i, it is 59.94 so maybe they're not rounding up?

I've used a tool named DirectRefresh and it worked, it now locks on 60hz.

I can't tell no difference but I'm happier now

Thanks for the workaround NuNeX! I'll try it when I get home.

Can the rest of you with the same problem please list your Video Card, Connection Type and Monitor so we can figure out what might be causing the problem?
