Unfortunately any significant upgrade for you is going to involve upgrading the power supply as well.

I have the same computer.. Acer aspire x1420g, I need to also upgrade my grpahics card to play The Witcher 2, can somebody recommend me a graphics card that fits and that will support the game and also run well with my power supply(220w)?

the one i have works, i think i listed it above, or on the previous page to where you can find it on newegg .com, runs all the new games pretty well on high graphics

mine has been fine for 3 months now on the same power as it had originally unless mine isn't considered significant, but then, the upgrade from the original card to the one i have now, in terms of improvement, i would consider it a significant upgrade

    Need a little help.

Hey Jamey or Douggoud, when you installed the Sapphire HD5570 did you have to disable the onboard nvidia graphics card? I installed mine and it won't recognize the device.

    Thanks,
