problem solved by reinstalling the third time,this time i use the link in brianzion's post above and every thing is back to normal so thank you every one

No sure did not but Brianzion suggested a site and i downloaded, this was the third time and every thing went back to normal, not only that but i gain ten days of free playing of "the lord of the rings" so good things can come out of bad sometimes. but thanks to every one that takes their time to help
doesn't freeze at all and improves Fallout NV peformance

Thanks for the info, installed 10.10 and got the pink tint on everything.
Graphics - Top left of CCC window
> Desktops & Displays
> Lower left - right click
> Configure
> Color tab, Color Tempurature Control to 6500K (was 6600K)
Everything is good.
Hello does the 10.10c Hotfix fixing the freeze I had with 10.10 when running Fun Mark?

Just checked version 10.10c still crush my system when checking stability with Fun Mark for me only 10.9 works for now.

From AMD.com (info taken prior to driver release):
An updated Morphological AA driver which will be posted to the web publically later today. This updated driver will addresses the issue where in some cases MLAA was not being correctly applied to games (very intermittently).
hmm intertesting... downloading. maybe now MLAA will show up in settings... (i'm using inf mod from guru3d)
EDIT: bwhaahahah it works!!! Morphological filtering tick box showed up!
any tips how should i use it correctly? like, i disable "Use application settings" and keep Level at 2x and Filter: Box? (so classic FSAA doesn't interfere)
