Hello Mohsen,
Looking at your HP 4530 specs from HP, it says you have a "AMD Radeon HD 7xxxM series" graphics chip.
You will be able to use either the 13.1 WHQL or 13.2 beta6 version on the first page if you like. :)

If they will not work, then you may need to stick with the older version from the link in your post if they will work.

And then it still won't work. His laptop uses switchable graphics, and will only work with whatever driver comes from the laptop manufacturer. At the moment the only way I know of to update to the latest AMD driver and still have it work with switchable graphics is this modded set,

that includes both the AMD and Intel drivers in it.
