You can just run as admin and install over previous, but sometimes a good choice to uninstall everything with the Install manager (bottom option, express I think) in programs and features, then install fresh. Your choice.

Does this fix the infamous grey screening issue do you guys know?
Those should of been fixed with the 10.1 hotfix a while back. If they have disappeared since then completely, don't know.

well im still getting the grey screen
whenever I get a problem with a new driver (very rare..) I completely remove the existing driver and re-install.
this guide tells you how to completely scrub the old ones
TweakGuides.com - ATI Catalyst Tweak Guide
these beta (preview) types, sometimes give problems, so that the CCC doesn't function
- probably because they're not geared to overwrite the previous version, which is understandable, given that they're kinda experimental anyway..
- whenever a problem occurs, I just scrub completely and start again - it always seems to work for me..
BTW, the latest (10.3a) works fine, but did require the scrubbing process to restore the CCC..
Download your driver -=> here Install the driver in Vista compatibility mode ... Compatibility Mode
10.3 is available.

Note that the 10.3a preview drivers (non WHQL) posted on the first page and here, are a little newer than these, and have a little more included in them than these WHQL 10.3's.
