Good grief. Maybe I should wait for the hotfix to the hotfix

Anyway I guess it's time to upgrade to these since I skipped the last official version. It'll give me something to compare when I flash my 6950 to a 6970 later this week

This is getting ridiculous. Nvidia fan boys are often drooling for an update and AMD fan boys are getting glutenous from all the updates.

This "AMD" fanboy thinks there are way too many releases. WHQL, Hotfix, then hotfix to the hotfix, then Beta Preview. Talk about driver overload

Used to be reversed roles before. Nvidia would give steady updates out, and AMD/ATI seemed a little slower in pushing them out. Now Nvidia takes years to get any updates out, and AMD gives out more than one a month.

Yeah I remember the days when we ATI users would be crying up a storm for drivers. Now it seems we're getting flooded with them. The good on this is that it'll probably benefit those with lots of Crossfire issues.

Not only that, but apparently the hotfix fixes issues with Brink. I didn't know you needed a fix Shawn, or that your name was trademarked.

Includes performance optimizations and resolves various quality issues for the upcoming release of Brink

Yeah, I've been having some lagging and performance issues (ex: 11.6 typo) with myself lately and needed to have that corrected. Luckily they were able to get me patched right up with that update. The upload was a bit awkward though.

I bet. Hopefully that fixes up those "quality" issues.
