But it is all different mouses, same problem. Logitech & Microsoft, etc..
It also scrolls perfectly fine in other applications or when there aren't heavy graphics/animations on a web page.

Yeah I'm honestly running low on ideas, apparently the windows side video acceleration stuff isn't accessible with your graphics (or mine for that matter so don't feel bad I actually have a gaming card)

I'm going to step back for a few here and see if someone else can give you another suggestion. I'm about dried up. In my own personal experience the smooth scrolling setting in the browser has always fixed this specific problem. It seems what you are suffering from is something different though.

Just touching the button causes the window to shake up and down. In Google the curser in the search box moves on its own to the right. Cannot type in...

Smart scrolling gone
I think "smart scrolling" is the right term. My laptop's touchpad has a vertical and a horizontal line that can be used to scroll up and down, or side to side, on webpages by dragging a finger across them. After replacing Vista with Win 7 this functionality disappeared. Does anybody know what...

out of control scrolling...
I have searched, but not found the answer. I have my mouse/scroll set at 4 lines. If I want to scroll down a page-several lines- or even the whole page, after I tap the mouse/pad a few times the scrolling goes out of control!! It zooms either down/up, depending on which way I was going, so I...
