Need Help with ATI Graphics card

And i noticed that the aero affects and transparency doesn't work..troubleshooting shows that the if the driver was compatible with WDDM it could work...can any one help me get that driver .. Here is the exact thing it said

The current video card may support Aero with a driver that is compliant with the Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM). Contact the manufacturer of your computer or video card for a WDDM-compatible driver.

Specs of the PC
Processor: Pentium R dual core 2.80 GHZ 2.80 GHZ
Ram: 1024MB (1GB)
Graphics card: ATI Radeon Xpress 200

thaxlym, welcome to the Seven Forums.

Sorry to say but you will not find a Windows 7 driver for it as ATI/AMD never made one and moved it and any DirectX GPU to legacy status before Windows 7 came out. The best you're going to get for it is the last Vista legacy driver,

ATI Catalyst

that should work with it and allow Aero to work.

Hi and welcome,

I am not sure if you misunderstood Stormy, he is not suggesting you install Vista operating system, he is just suggesting trying the vista driver for you card in windows 7 to see if it works.
