BSOD and then Graphics card error code:43

As i posted not long ago about my RAMs needing to be replaced because of them causing BSOD's on cold boot, well, after about 1 year i never got round to it, so this is what happened.
I booted my pc as always waiting for the BSOD to pop so i can work on it normally, and as it reached the password screen the resolution was probably 600x400! i normally don't bother typing in my password because if i wait a minute or so on the password screen it pops the BSOD and were laughing, but this time the resolution was low.
I'ts done this a couple of times and all i did was use System Restore to go back a day or so and it was fine, but this time there were no system restore points.
I changed the resolution to its highest (1600x1200) and went to Manage Hardware to see that my Graphics card (GeForce 460 GTX) had a yellow triangle next to it and the error code was code:43.
I tried updating its driver, reinstalling its driver, removing and replacing my graphics card but nothing.
I don't think it is a hardware problem because the screen looks fine and works fine at 1600x1200 but the Windows 7 Theme isn't how it used to be(No transparent toolbar etc).

Your card is dying. 2D display ie. Windows w/o Aero doesn't mean the card is perfectly fine. My 8800GTS started going crazy like how you have described yet showed the BIOS and windows w/o Aero ok (for a week atleast). I suggest a RMA or atleast trying it on a different PC. Do you have adequate ventilation in your case?

Yeah, i have a coolermaster case like in my system specs.

I am sure that my RAM's that were problematic from day 1 are causing this to happen. Could they have messed up my graphic card too?

Nope. Only a bad power supply can do that.

For a year now everytime i cold-booted my pc i got BSOD's, then i turn it off and on again and it is fine (something to do with the RAM frequency), i posted on here a year ago asking about this problem and they told me to RMA them which i didn't do (cba waiting for the postage [living on an island]). And now i got this problem with my graphic card. How can i fix it?

Worry about your graphics card after you have RAM which you know works as it should.

Are my RAM's the reason i am getting and error code 43 on my graphic card?
when i try to open my nvidia driver console it says that there is no monitor connected to a nvidia display adaptor.
I will RMA my RAM's this week.

Unlikely but with so many things going wrong with your hardware ... can't rule out that things have been corrupted in your Windows installation that is affecting it. Get your ram replaced first especially if you've been having BSODs on booting. I'm surprised you kept a malfunctioning PC for a year!
