    nvidia 240 gts tv out not working


    I just got a nvidia 240 gts and trying to get the tv out to work. It flashes my background for a second when detecting monitors then goes black again. I had it working on a nvidia 8800 ultra with no problems. The only thing change was the video card, I'm lost on why it won't stay on. Windows acts as if the tv out is working and lets me move windows into the tv area too.

    definitely, the background of my computer flashes for a second, and when windows boots it's trying to do something.

    Are you trying to connect via HDMI or the normal AV cabling.??

    It has a 6 pin svideo connection, I then convert to rca to the tv
