Fopr just a single graphics card, 650W will be more than enough power.
Regardless which & other hardware you have, and even Overclocking will be fine.

Another option, is a Seasonic x650.
I only mention it because I just got one (the 750 version) and absolutely love it!

Also, if your are interested and want to read up and see a PSUs test results before you decide on one, a good place Ive found is Johnnyguru.
Just Google the PSU name and johnnyguru, and you should get a result where hes tested it.

But any of the units your looking at are very good. You cant go wrong.

Good choice replacing the other PSU.
That Corsair should serve you very well & it is a good unit.

I know on the surface it may look like you are downgrading from a 850W to a 650W, but you are not by any means.
its actually a very good upgrade. The TX650 is superior, and actually more powerful. 650W with a single 52Amp 12V rail.

PSU is one of the single most important parts in a build IMHO, especially if you want to run high power videos cards such as the 570/580s and 6950/6970s.

The only issue with that unit, will be if you decide to run higher end SLI/Crossifre Steups.
It will not really have the ability for that. (I/e dual 570s or 6970s)
But can run some lower power SLI configurations.

Beyond that however, it will have more than enough stable power for any single GPU setup, with lots of head room for tons of extra hardware and Overclocking.
It should quite easily handle all your needs. :)

And yes, it will also push that single Superclocked 570 without any problem at all.
