In that price range no such thing.....now this will start some debate Newegg.com - DIAMOND A4870PE5512 Radeon HD 4870 512MB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

It needs at least 450 watts and 2 six pin power connectors....It's far better than what you are running now, but it's two generations back, it's a dx10 card no dx11 support....

Of the two, the HD 6670. Won't play BF3 on high but a mix of medium and low should make it more than playable. A lot more playable than that old 8400 GS.

i search it on this site PassMark Software - Video Card Benchmarks - High End Video Cards

nvidia geforce 8400 gs shows 169 benchmark points..
ati radeon hd 6670 shows 1240 benchmark points..

on 8400gs . bf3 is lagging ..it sucks..

That isn't lag you're seeing on the 8400, it is that the card is so slow that the game is playing like a slideshow and likely less than 10-15 FPS.

I would. The HD 6670 isn't close to the top of the line (mid range card), but it is still a massive upgrade over what you have now (which was low end even when it was new).
