Problem with nvidia 6200 AGP x8

Hello Everyone i have been searching on google and here on the forum i have found one driver that worked but its so old that the performence ingame and some games doesnt even start beacause of the old driver... what should i do? please help me!

and also all drivers from nvida except http://www.nvidia.com/object/winvista_x86_96.85_2.html
have gave me code 43

Strange, because it lists the 6200 as being a supported device with that driver.
