Get the 550Ti, it will require at least a PSU of 400W
yes is it the better card!i read the 460 is a bit faster but req high power x2 4 pin slots!
My experience of these 2 slots is thererun very hot and dont last very long
i don't know, my 260GTX had 2 PCI-E pins and ran hot, and lasted 3 years this month, i've just got a 560Ti and that requires the same 2 PCI-E pin connectors and uses half power and runs half as hot.
yea i read 460 runs hot even with good airflow!
I may go with the gtx550ti superclocked!or flip the lid and get a hd 6850/6870 !!
Is radeon a good card are the drivers any good these days?

I dont really need a high high end gpu as i dont have the psu or the mobo to really use its full power.
good mid range is all i need really

is it a good idea to move forward rather than go to a 460 !
i have seen the 460 is alot faster than a 550ti in games on compare charts!
But can the gtx 550ti 1gb superclock run skyrim,mw3 and bf3 on high at good fps.Thats all i care about!
I rather a smaller gpu than beast with 2 power points
