Need Help Choosing a Video Card

Hello
I am interested in installing a video card for gaming and to improve generally
the overall performance. I have a small formfactor computer, and have very
little space in the computer. I would very much appreciated if you could advise me as to
what card I should purchase. I have included the Service Manual for the
computer(attachment).
Thanks for any help you could provide.
