    Aspect Ratio Problems - Win7x64 - ATI RadeonHD3650 - PanasonicTC-L32C3

I just bought a used desktop off of Craigslist today and I've hooked it up to my Panasonic TC-L32C3 screen via HDMI.

The video card is an ATI Radeon HD 3650 512MB and the OS is Windows 7 Ultimate x64 w/ SP1.

The only aspect ratio options that I have in 'Windows Display' are 1920x1080 and 1280x720p and both cut off a few inches of the desktop all around. The screen is native 720p I believe, but Windows recommended setting is 1920x1080.

I don't have internet in my apartment so the desktop I'm referring to is offline and I take my laptop out to the hallway to use the coffee shop wifi, so It's kind of annoying trying to DL drivers and codecs on my laptop and go back to my room and transfer them vis SD card to the new desktop, but hopefully I can get this sorted out soon.

I had a similar problem using a borrowed laptop with this same screen, but the laptop had Intel TV Wizard that allowed me to adjust it manually with + - until it fit perfectly and it worked great, but I can't find Intel TV Wizard available for DL anywhere. I just downloaded Catalyst Control Center from ATI so I'll head back to my room and try that too. I've also tried all adjustments on the screen to no avail.

Thanks A LOT for any and all help.

Thanks for the reply. Catalyst Control Center allowed me to fix it. It gave me like 10-20? different aspect ratios to choose and that helped a lot, but the best a/r had black bars like an inch all around so I used the scaler thing in there and made it fit perfect. I LOVE IT!
