Have you adjusted the monitor settings on the monitor it self?
Also can you post a screen shot of what's happening? I like to see what people are describing.
I can't change the settings or scale/width or whatever on this TV.
But this is the same on any monitor/tv i use.
I cxan get a picture but will be a while. A screenshot will not show you what is wrong.

These are some pictures. on the steam overlay ones the bit at the top you can see it is just off screen. Most steam users would no where it should be positioned.
