Help.. Screen ressolution problems on all games! with 1920x1080

I'm having trouble on that res.. on every pc moniter,tv or what ever. Where i cannot get teh game to fit the screen.. its just goes off screen all the time.. as if its being stretched past the tv/monitors actuall screen size.

Got two GTX 580s, need any more info let me know

Also my desktop has to be a low res so it fits on the screen aswell.. cant go any higher then 1680 on any tvs

Try to connect it with HDMI or VGA.
Maybe you'r monitor is not supported for 1920x1080.
    Take a different resolution.
