Please Help Dual Monitor Display Issue

I have a question in regards to my dual monitor system. No one seems to be able to get the fix for this. I can tell you that it worked fine forever and then one day it just does not work properly. Using my computer with Extened Display Windows 7 works fine. Computer Goes to Sleep hit the space bar or move the mouse and it wakes up with the same view which is correct. Main Monitor on the Left and Extened Display on the Right. So No Probelm. I switch over to another computer with my IOGEAR KVM Switch which is Dual View work on another computer Dual View. No Problems. Here is where the Issue comes in. When I switch back to the other computer it comes up but the main monitor on the left is now Blank like its powered off and my desktop is now on the monitor on the right. I goto the display options under resolution and hit the detect button. It now moves my desktop from the right monitor to thte left primary monitor and all is well. So for some time this just becomes annoying that I have to do this everytime I want to switch back over. It does not do it on any other computer and I have tried everything. Remember it used to work.
Here is what I have done so far to rule out the hardware. Bios is set up correctly. Replaced Video Card. Latest Driver has been installed etc. I returned my KVM Switch 3 times to be sure it was not that and it is not. Why do I have to keep hitting the Detect button in order to get it back to where it needs to be on this one computer. Please Help. My name is Ralph Scopo . Thanks

Yes it was working fine and nothing changed so I do not know why or what to do now. Its just one of those things. Do you have any insight of what it could be?

I was just going to suggest redoing everything but if you shipped it back 3 times I`m sure that`s not going to help. I`m not sure doing a system restore to when it worked on the suspect system would help either.

    Dual Monitor Display Issue

The IOgear KVM switch you have did not pass correct EDID/DDC to the connected systems or did not maintain the monitors' EDID/DDC communication to the connected Windows 7 systems.

To solve the problems, you can either one of the following:
    1) Add video EDID Emulator between the KVM switch and connected system,
    2) Find new KVM switch support Full-time DDC/EDID communication.
