Windows 7: Computer won't boot up after installing graphic card

26 Jan 2012   #11

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

ok sorry for not replying very much but without the card the computer is fine. just disabled the restart so will post results later, how can I make sure I got rid of all the old graphic drivers because i'm sure I have but I don't know for sure? I didn't have problems before the card but I also tried a different card before and that same things were happening, so I got this one thinking it would fix it. I tried to uncheck the auto restart but I can't apply it so every time I close out the window and check to see if it is applied again it is still checked
