sorry, i've got no experience with att and that gfx chip.
either try at the att forums, or use catalyst control center to control your graphics fan. i don't use ccc, but i believe you can control the fan there?
i think that if you're overheating during rendering, then you really want to be controlling your main processor fan - att can only control graphics card fans.
can you adjust the processor/cpu fan in your bios?
or try a program like speedfan for that.
i don't know if it will work for your machine, but it's free and worth a try. :)
