If I knew I would simply tell you.

And bad news. I can't start Catalyst in remote desktop.

So you either have to look for it, or wait until I can access the HTPC.

The name of the option it's self is Overscan.

It's a disgrace what ATI has done to the UI since version 9.6

try changing your resoloution to what you prefer usin ccc right click it on taskbar bottom right right click the icon then go to ure graphics card then go to set desktop area then choose 1 then go back to the overscan thing then click ok when moniter filled and see if that works

also if that dont work go back to the overscan page and tick the box "use the scaling value instead of the.... etc.."

Sorry for repost if it is

    Hiya;D

i moved into a new house last week and when i turned on my pc i noticed how there was a 3/4 inch black gap between where the screen displayed colour and the end of the screen. I have installed the newest graphics drivers on my sapphire radeon 4850HD but it doesn't seem to change.. There are no new important windows updates, which i thought it would've fixed it in the first place. anyone have any idea?
where is the 3/4 inch of black located? all the way around or just on one edge? can you use the controls on your monitor to adjust that?
