    I need New Graphics Card

My current one isnt fast enough to play some new games. its all choppy and laggy. my computer is an Acer Aspire 7551-7422, its a Quad-Core processor w/ ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250. I need a better one thats compatible with my computer and will run games a lot better. Links would be appreciated, thanks!

Replacing the graphics card in a laptop is somewhere between extremely difficult and impossible. I've seen external graphics solutions, but have no idea if they are worth the money or even work at all. If there is an internal replacement available you will need to go through Acer to get it.

One thing you may be able to do is to allocate more of your computer RAM to the graphics subsystem. See if there is a place in the BIOS to do that. It won't turn a mediocre graphics card into a Crysis-Killer, but it might help. :)

See if there is a setting for "Shared RAM" or something like that, then max it out. Keep in mind that whatever you are able to give to graphics leaves you with less for everything else.

All i see is under the Main tab, it says Video Memory or something, it has options for 256, 124, and 64, or numbers similar to that. nothing saying shared RAM

The number represents the amount of RAM you are sharing in Megabytes. Picking the highest one is the best you can do. :)

There are upgrades available for just a handful of laptops, though I doubt Acer has any for that model which would be worth the money. Unless you have experience working on a laptop you might also be looking at another $80-100 just to have it installed. Laptops are cool for the things they do well, but upgradability is not one of them once you get beyond adding RAM or changing a hard drive.

Exactly - when buying a laptop, consider what specs you'll be getting as being set in stone. Aside from RAM and the hard drive, upgradeability is generally nonexistent for the great majority of laptops.
