    Alright - i had the same issue with this with my new build.

    the way i got around it was to install my old mobo and gpu so i could boot up windows again

    then download the latest drivers from the nvidia website onto there, after they installed i disconnected everything, put my gtx 560 ti back in and it worked straight away, so i would strongly surgest doing that

    There's only one PCIe slot
    And my old 9500GT isn't working anymore either

    There's no signal input on my display so I can't access BIOS

    Is your vid card in the pci-e slot closest to the cpu and your dvi plugged in closest to the motherboard. That card has 2 dvi plugs, looking at the front of the comp the dvi on the left should be your primary plug for your monitor.

    Yes it's at the nearest CPU PCI slot, where my old card was. But now my old card doesnt work either
