There are too many variables in this test, if we are to have a proper thread on this benchmark then we all need to be running the same settings otherwise....

This is the thread I started when this benchmark came out. There is another thread for posting benchmarks, but someone recently bumped this with new scores

Bill, I sincerely appologize for derailing your thread. I will try not to make that mistake again.

Steve, I didn't mean to chastise you, or anyone. I don't care what gets posted here I was just explaining why there were 2 threads. This isn't my thread, this is our thread, have at it my friend

Thanks Bill, really I was just joking around. seems that always gets me in trouble. You'd think that by the time I got to my age I would have learned to keep my mouth shut.

Very good thread. I bought 3 days ago my first "enthusiast" GFX card and was wondering how well I'm doing. Especially since I'm still using my 4 year old GA-EP35-DS3R board with PCI-E 1.1 x16.

Good to know I'm not completely bottlenecked by my old board. I wonder how much my score will improve after upgrading mb, cpu and ram, but this can wait after the summer.

loquacious, I'd be intrested to see what the 680 runs with all settings maxed out at 1920X1080. Like this. Use the snipping tool to get the screenshot.
