Where did you get Win7? How is it activated after reinstall?

Reinsert the Product Key by opening an Elevated Command Prompt, type slmgr -ipk followed by a space and the product key.

Then type slmgr -ato to activate. Check Activation status again.

What about the other steps I gave you?

Did you do the test reinstall to another partition?

Did you run those commands from an elevated commang prompt ( press the start button, type cmd in the search box, right click the cmd entry that comes up, and select 'run as Administrator)? Also, go to start, on the right side, right click computer, select properties. scroll down to the bottom of the page. Do you have a genuine label there or what does it say? Also, go to Gigabyte's web site and gownload the graphics driver, Go to AMD's web site and download the driver for your graphics card. Uninstall all graphics drivers, then install the correct drivers for your system. You can use Driver sweeper to uninstall the graphics drivers, it does a very good job.

I tried what you suggested Greg..this one I did not fully understand(You could also try a test reinstall to a small partition you shrink from C to see if it starts normally, then Delete it to re-Extend in Disk Mgmt. If so then I would Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 - same steps for retail.
Partition or Volume - Shrink)

essenbe..I looked for driver sweeper but could not find a download link. I did re-install Graphics driver and I can tell it is working great on safe mode. Still no screen on startup...I can hear it..just no output to the monitor.
Windows 7 was purchased from Newegg...legit.
I did run the test as admin.
System says...Status not available
Product ID: Not available

Sorry about the bad link to Driver sweeper, it can be downloaded here. How about opening an elevated command prompt and copy/paste sfc /scannow. it is a system file checker and will try to repair any system files that are bad. Also, what anti virus program are you running? ( If you type the sfc /scannow, please notice the space between the sfc and / )

Hmmmmm.....sfc /scannow found no integrity violations. I was about to put kaspersky in but only using windows anti-virus.

You can shrink the Win7 partition in Disk Management: Partition or Volume - Shrink

Then boot the Win7 installer to test install to that space you shrunk to see if the problem is solved by a Clean Install Windows 7.

If it solves the problem we can help you finish the install and remove the old one. If it doesn't fix the problem you can delete the test install partition in Disk Management: Partition or Volume - Delete
