    19A at +12V? That's a weak "450W" power supply.

However, your CPU is rated at 64W. If you add a graphics card that uses no 6 or 8 pin auxiliary PCI-E power connectors, that card would be limited to 75W max. That's only 140W, or less than 12A at +12V. You should have enough margin.
    Thank you...

go for ATI 5670 1GB DDR5 without any doubts. Also, 450W will be enough for running the card.

use this: Cooler Master Power Supply Calculator - Standard

Radeon HD 5670 should work with a 450W PSU. It takes less than 70W. If you would to be sure at 100%, you should upgrade your PSU and buy a 550/600W one...

what graphics card do you actually have?

As to your Power Supply,......I'm not sure about the quality of FronTech PSU's. Many PSU's do not deliver the power that they say they do, yet they are the most critical component in your PC. This is the reason that Video Cars makers always say that they need so much more power than they really do. They don't know if your PSU is crap or not. If a poorly built PSU goes belly-up, it can take other components down with it. It often does too.
My personal preference is SeaSonic PSU's, because I have never had one of them fail yet. Been using them for years.

If the PSU that you have really does put out 450w of clean, stable power, then it will work with all of the cards you've chosen.

What is your budget for a video card?

It's still safer to get a Higher Psu wheather it be 80+ plus or not you might Oc get a better video card who knows it is always better to do more then what you need in the long run you will be happy you did i would go atleast 550w to 600w that way you have head room to do things

Yes, a REAL 450w PSU, would be enough. But this PSU probably only puts out around 250w, with an outrageous peak of 450w. It says, very clearly that it's output is 19 amps. So, simple math here, 19a*12v=228w.
