Here's the driver for your GeForce 310M: Drivers - GeForce
It may be necessary to download the drivers directly from Sony. Manufacturers sometimes use custom device IDs for graphics adapters, so a generic nVidia installer may not recognize your adapter. (It'd be worth a try, though.)
I'd normally check esupport.sony.com, but that's primarily for US models and it appears that your VPCS118EC may not have been sold in the US market. I imagine that Sony has online support for whatever market it was sold into. If the EC suffix indicates China, I'm limited in searching there, as it appears to be a Chinese (only) site.
@xXxRaz0r029xXx: Thank you, I will check with if the driver works...
@bobkn: Sony site does not have drivers for Windows 7 32 bit, it gives software and driver support only for Win 7 64 bit.
Though I have got my lap top from China, all the web-pages are translated automatically to English.
So I was looking for some third party developer from whom I could get support.
Anyways thanks for your support! If you have any more information regarding the same please share.
This is the site Google serves up:

What's yours?
I see similar models with the 310M graphics. Haven't spotted any 32 bit drivers; I guess that the models have only been shipped with X64.
I'd suggest trying Vista X86 drivers, but I don't see any of those either.
It's possible to add device IDs to the .inf file of the generic nVidia installer, but I've not done it.
