wasn't installed for amd radeon hd6850 won't work on gpu temperature on amd overdrive i think?

On the advice from Solarstarshines I installed AMD/ATI CCC 10.9 used Overdrive and found I get no stalls and jumps in my games (tried Sawoid and Halo) my CPU is already OCd and now I'm using custom clocks on my graphics card, temps are OK and all is running well :D ...

is the ATI overdrive function safe to use as im sure it is and i was going to use the auto clock facility also for some reason all the overdrive options are greyed out and wont let me edit them does any 1 know why this is?
