My question is; why would you want to go back to a lower resolution? Have you downloaded and installed the monitor driver from Phillips?

Windows installs what driver it thinks it needs just to get the basic functionality of the device to work. Hence the message "latest driver is installed". You have to download the driver from Phillips to make sure all aspects of the device are correctly installed and working properly.

Click on the link in previous post, then click on software/drivers tab on left side under product support, then click the windows 7 driver. It's a zip file, so once it's downloaded, you'll need to extract it, then install.

If you want to ease your eyes, why don't you just increase the font size?
