What sub 230€ graphic card do you suggest?

    My PC specs:

    Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit

    AMD Phenom II 1090T @3.7GHz

    500GB Seagate Barracuda
    2TB WD Caviar Green

Corsair Vengeance 8GB Dual Channel @1867MHz

    Asus Crosshair V Formula

Arctic Cooling Freezer Xtreme Rev. 2

    I am a green (geforce) fanboy .

    Hello m11rtin,

Go for the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti.... It'll balance out your system well and is suitable for your 650W Power supply...

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130604

(the price when converted to euros = 181.700 EUR)

(i'm not sure what shops are available to ship online to Slovenia.. newegg only delivers to the US and Canada i think....)

The Ati AMD Radeon HD7850 is another good choice for the sub 230 euros price range i believe...

    Hope that helps!

The more memory the better, especially on higher end cards.

(On lower end cards, more memory (off a lower speed) is often placed as bait to lure in unsuspecting customers into thinking that the card is 'good')

This'll allow you to play at higher resolutions and/or apply more MSAA/CSAA/SSAA to your games making them look fantastic..

Ok i know the 2gb version is better but there is a 50€ (65$) difference between those two. My screen resolution is 1600x1050, so i think i don't really need that much memory.

True enough, but having more memory will help future proof your graphics card for the next generation of DX11 games that will come out together with the new consoles....

It's up to you I guess...

Ok. I got more money and now i am deciding between: gtx 560 Ti 2 GB, gtx 560 Ti 448 Core and a gtx 570. Oh and an alternative radeon 7850. So what do you think? Tnx for all the answers :)
