    black screen

Hey, I've recently upgraded to windows 7 x86, and it works great. The only problem I have is that my ati mobility radeon 3650 graphics card doesn't seem to want to work. I've tried reinstalling the drivers several times using several different versions of the driver (win7beta, vista32, mobilitymodded, unmobilitymodded). Whenever I try starting up with the card enabled, the screen goes blank. After reinstalling the driver, everything but the wallpaper goes away. Can anyone help?

My bad, I didn't know what half of the stuff was so I didn't bother. Sorry.
If I'm missing something important, I'll try to fill in the blank to the best of my ability.

have you heard about mobility modder is a third-party app and is not endorsed by ATI. I've been using the modder since I first got my FW. I haven't had any major problems except sometimes I do get ATI driver errors. It happens very rarely and under extreme, long gaming sessions, so I don't know if this is related to the driver since I haven't really been gaming using the factory driver. I'll get a screenshot next time it happens.

Yup, I've tried it, didn't work. Whether or not I used it properly is debatable. I don't think that the unmodded driver would give me a blank screen, though.

EDIT: I fixed it after a lot of trial and error. It was Lenovo's switchable graphics. It kicked ATI's driver to a nonexistent projector and switched the laptops monitor to it, or something. I went to BIOS and turned off the auto-detect switchable graphics thing.
