    I know that it's more than you wanted to spend, but if you wanted an upgrade over your old card, at a reasonable choice, I think that you made the best choices.

    I have one more question since my CPU is an AMD athlon II x4 635 quad-core would it bottleneck.

    I doubt it you should be ok

    Also if your thinking of Overclocking The Multiplyer is locked on your chip

    You are only able to use FSB front side bus to OC
    On stock voltages I belive you can get it to clock you at 3.4 Ghz but don't take my word not all chips will Oc like that on stock here is a little info on your chip

    Remember if you decide to do any Overclocking it is at your own risk .........
